POWER TRACE is the integration of all the SIDAC modules related to the Administration of the Operation of the HV, MV and LV networks, Calls to report an outage, and Quality of Service management.

The modules Response, MV Control Center, LV Control Center, LV Quality Processing, MV Quality Processing and generation of customer service curve are integrated into it. In turn, it works closely related to the Commercial and SCADA Systems.
